By using our services, you acknowledge the risks of digital currency transactions, assume those risks, and confirm you have not been included on any trade embargo, economic sanctions, or specially designated nationals list. These Terms are entered into with Cashtap Global Limited, registered at No.5, 17/F, Strand 50, 50 Bonham Strand, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.
Usage requirements
Services are available to users of legal age both in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (18 or older) and in their own jurisdiction. You must not be barred under applicable law or sanctions lists. Prohibited jurisdictions are listed on our availability page.
Account, apps, referrals
You are responsible for private keys, passwords, and all activity under your account. You may open only one account. Apple and Google have no support obligation for the mobile apps and are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Referral rewards: $5 for each new user who registers via your link, completes identity verification, and completes a crypto transaction of at least $50, plus 25% of that referral's crypto-to-fiat fees for one year.
Risks and liability
Information on the Services is general only and is not investment advice. Digital assets are volatile. Services are provided "as is". Cashtap is not liable for losses arising from market movement, unauthorized access you fail to prevent, or third-party services. Complaints and disputes should be sent to support@cashtapglobal.com.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Cashtap Global Limited as stated in the official terms document. Nothing on the Services grants a license to Cashtap trademarks.
